Who do I report to on my first day?
You report to your supervisor. Your supervisor will take you on a safety walk and go over the safety checklist with you. Please feel free to ask any questions that you may have throughout the safety walk. Your supervisor will go over your job duties and responsibilities. Please feel free to ask any questions that you may have at that time. If questions arise later ask your supervisor or co-workers for assistance.
Who do I give my safety certificate to?
Your supervisor at the start of your shift.
How do I get a safety certificate?
You would watch the safety video and take the quiz at the temp agency for which you would be working.
What if I show up without a safety certificate?
You won’t be able to start working at any of our plants until you have completed the safety training and earned a certificate.
How many and when do I get vacation days?
Once hired by Future Foam as a full time employee, you will be eligible for one week (5 days) of vacation after one year of continuous service.
How many and when do I get sick days?

How long has Future Foam been in business?
Future Foam began producing foam in 1958 for the furniture industry in Council Bluffs, Iowa. Today we produce foam at strategically located foam pouring and carpet cushion plants as well as fabrication plants. Our objective was never to be the biggest producer of polyurethane foam, but to be the producer of the best polyurethane foam.
